UI/UX Revamped CONNECT & SHOPPING Mobile Application.
This case study focuses on the UI/UX revamp of the Pcariconnect and Pcarishopping modules, The primary objective was to enhance usability, improve accessibility, and align the app with both user expectations and Pcari’s business goals. By integrating user-centered design principles and leveraging market research, this redesign aimed to deliver a seamless, engaging, and efficient experience across all modules.

Problem Statement
Both the Pcariconnect and Pcarishopping modules were facing challenges in terms of user engagement, complicated navigation, and an outdated visual style. Users found it difficult to book rentals or browse shopping categories seamlessly, leading to high drop-off rates and low conversion.
Role & Goals:
As the lead UI/UX designer for this project, I conducted user research, designed wireframes, crafted prototypes, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and visual appeal of the Pcariconnect and Pcarishopping modules.
